The Results Are In

I'm going to have a niece! My sister and brother-in-law decided that they couldn't wait another few months to find out if they were having a boy or girl. They found out yesterday morning that they're expecting a girl. Yippee!! I can't wait until she's born. I went hog wild at the Gap Outlet today. I went in to look for clothes for myself, but got stuck in the baby section. I bought pink everything! I can't wait to give my sister the clothes I bought for my niece-to-be. This kid is going to be spoiled rotten!

A Baby in My Future

ha! I got you didn't I! It's not MY baby, but my sister's! She's pregnant and I'm thrilled! She and her hubby broke the news at our Thanksgiving day lunch. We had the immediate as well as extended family there so it was a wonderfully big celebration. She is about 4 months along and they are trying to hold off on finding out if it's a boy or a girl. If I had the choice, I'd want them to have a girl. I already have one nephew and another expected in March on His side of the family. I want a little girl who I can spoil with cute frilly dresses and bows in her hair. That's my selfishness talking though. In reality, as long as the baby comes out healthy and happy, I don't care if it's got a ding dong or not:o)
